  • Planned service contracts are for 1 year from date of contract
  • Cost is 199.95 for service twice a year. We will service the air conditioner on 1 trip and the furnace on the other.
  • Trip/diagnostic charges are only $49.95 with no additional charges for after hours and holidays.
  • 10% discount on flat rate pricing.
  • Same day service!

  • Planned service for 1 year from date of contract.
  • Cost is $109.95 for the first piece of equipment. Additional charges for other equipment.
  • No additional cost for after hours and holidays added to your Trip/diagnostic charge.
  • 10% discount on flat rate pricing.
  • Same day service!
  • Filters, oil nozzles, humidifiers, air cleaners and parts are an additional charge.
